Anaconda Core Crusher

The "Anaconda Core Crusher" programme is designed to target and strengthen the core muscles while exposing the abdominal area through losing fat from the mid section. As the name suggests, it draws inspiration from the powerful constricting abilities of anacondas and their lean muscular bodies.

 

The focus is on building a strong and stable core through a combination of strength exercises, dynamic movements, core-specific workouts, and of course - fat burning. This programme spans 8 weeks minimum, with up to two sessions per week and nutritional advice.

Bestie Beast Mode

Welcome to the Bestie Beast Mode Training Program, where fitness meets friendship and every workout is a celebration of strength, laughter, and shared victories. This dynamic program is specially crafted for best friends ready to embark on a fitness journey together.

Bestie Beast Mode is designed to cater to the unique dynamic between best friends. It seamlessly blends effective workout routines with the joy of shared accomplishments, creating an environment where fitness becomes a fun and motivating experience.

Grizzly Grit

The "Grizzly Grit" exercise program is an immersive and robust fitness journey inspired by the raw strength and enduring spirit of grizzly bears. This comprehensive 8-week regimen incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercise, functional movements, and  endurance, mirroring the physical attributes of these majestic creatures in the wild.

Over the weeks you'll not only enhance your physical prowess but will also cultivate a grizzly-like grit—resilience, strength, and an unwavering commitment to your fitness journey. The programme serves as a reminder that, like the grizzly, you have the innate power to overcome challenges and emerge stronger, both physically and mentally.

Panthera Power

The "Panthera Power" program draws inspiration from the strength, agility, and power of big cats, specifically panthera species. This exercise routine incorporates a mix of strength training, explosive movements, and agility exercises. The programme is designed to enhance overall power, speed, and functional athleticism. It spans 10 weeks, with two to three sessions per week.

This programme is designed for the intermediate to advanced bracket, also focuses on mobility and can be adapted to be sports specific.

Gecko Grip

Don't be fooled by the placid nature of the Gecko, or by the 'grip' description. The "Gecko Grip" programme is designed to seriously enhance grip strength, agility, and overall functional fitness, inspired by the adhesive capabilities of geckos.

Your grip is one of the most utilised and versatile movements we practice every single day. It's also scientifically proven to aid longevity by ensuring continued functionality and the ability to perform daily tasks. Studies suggest a correlation between grip strength and reduced risk of falls, particularly in older adults, as a stronger grip can contribute to better stability and balance. This 8-week programme includes a combination of strength training, bodyweight exercises, and grip-specific workouts.

Leopard Lean & Lift 

The "Leopard Lean & Lift" exercise programme is a dynamic and comprehensive fitness regimen, blending strength and agility with a holistic approach to nutrition, all inspired by the prowess, beauty and grace of the Leopard.

The overarching goal here is sculpting a lean physique  with emphasis on developing particular body areas, whether that be the Glutes, Arms, Quads, or Abdominals.

This 10-week programme is meticulously crafted to combine elements of strength training, explosive power, agility, and core stability.

The Leopard Lean & Lift programme is not just a fitness routine; it's a transformative journey, As participants progress through the weeks, they can anticipate not only physical transformations but also increased confidence, energy, and overall well-being.

This 12-week program is designed to elevate participants' endurance, strength, and overall fitness through a combination of intense workouts and strategic nutrition.
