Welcome to the school of fitness and health

Our studio isn't the run of the mill training facility, here you'll learn how to Be Better.

 

Our ethos is not to just make you lose weight, gain muscle, be fitter etc etc... It's quite simply to help you be a better version of yourself. Whether that's being stronger, running further, taking on challenges, eating healthier, or just being able to take part in your kids activities without blowing out of your a***.

We will teach you the way!

So what do we do?
And how do we do it?

Our sessions and classes are based upon functional movements, and you'll train every part of your body while learning how to use equipment correctly.

 

No imbalances, no pure sweaty cardio sessions. We're talking intelligent ways to train, with equipment that you may have never used before.

 

We're talking teaching you how NOT to be scared of using free weights in the gym, how to use a kettlebell correctly (not just swinging the damn thing), how to use TRX / suspension equipment without just hanging there! The list goes on...

I want to eat well. What about nutrition?

Depending on the membership or course you're part of, we'll include meal plans and advice on how to accomplish the best diet based on your goals. 

But the important thing here is how to maintain a healthy diet without just sticking to it for a few months, then ditching it completely because it's not sustainable. 

Our nutrition advice is designed to last. It's true what the doctors say, "you are what you eat."
